Do you do commissions?
YES. At the moment I am accepting commissions for my "I AM WOMAN" art series. To find out more about how you can order one, please select "ORDER A COMMISSION" on my SHOP menu at the top of my website.
How do I subscribe to your Newsletter?
You can subscribe to my newsletter via the Home Page on this website, where I have an OPTIN form for you to complete to be included. By subscribing to my newsletter, you'll discover the latest news about my artworks and events, and be the first to receive VIP offers and discounts. Subscribe to it now, it's FREE.
What are you Payment Terms?
FULL Payment is required for Limited Edition Prints, upon placing an order via this website. Your payment and details will be secure as I use PAYPAL to accept payments.
Do I have to have a PayPal Account to purchase your work?
NO. You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase items on this website. You can purchase as a GUEST during checkout, using your credit card for payment, where PayPal membership isn't required. Your payment will be classed as a one time transaction on their system.
Do you offer a Layby service?
YES. For products and prints over the value of $295, I offer a Layby Service where you can pay for your item/s on a weekly or fortnightly basis, until full payment has been made. Your order will be shipped to your delivery address when all monies are paid.
Do you offer a Buy Now / Pay Later service?
YES. For purchase over $500, I have ZipPay services available to customers who have access or wish to join this payment platform. By using ZipPay you can purchase and receive your items now, and pay them off over the terms of your agreement with the payment platform. Ask me for more information on this or if you wish to use this payment platform for your purchases.
Do you have a Returns Policy?

Do you have a Returns for Commission pieces?
NO. Unfortunately, a commission is a custom piece, hence there is no refunds, returns or redo's available or offered on a commission artwork piece. The buyer/client is purchasing the custom commission knowing what my artistic style is like, due to many samples of my work being displayed on this website and social pages. They are also required to answer various questions on my commission information form before confirming their purchase, ensuring that it's clear what I will be creating and what they expect to receive. If they are happy with these steps and still proceeded to purchase the commission, the buyer/client will be confirming and agreeing to all the commission product terms, happy to receive the custom interpreted artwork in the style and format, as supplied by me - the artist.
How are the Limited Editions printed?
All of the Limited Edition Prints available for sale from Dianne White Art, in all sizes, are professionally printed using the latest Digital and Large Format Printing systems. All are printed on long lasting, archival Environmentally produced Photo Quality Papers. IF each print is stored and displayed correctly by the purchaser, it will last for several decades, providing the purchaser with many years of enjoyment.
