All Prints and Commission Pieces are shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
LARGER (A2, A1, Large Square size etc.) Prints and Pieces, will custom printed, packaged and shipped within 14 business days of
ordering, as these sizes are printed upon an order being received and are not kept in stock at my Studio.
SMALLER Prints and Pieces (A3 Size or under) will be packaged and shipped within 7 business days of ordering, as I keep these
sizes in stock at all times, until the Limited Edition Run for these sizes has SOLD OUT.
I am a small business, so I only go to the post office once or twice a week. I appreciate your understanding.
Smaller Prints will be posted in mailing tubes. Larger pieces and prints will be shipped in a box to suit.
All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery. All will be tracked to ensure they reach your provided delivery
Online pricing is inclusive of free shipping, anywhere in Australia, for orders over $150.
Orders under $150 will have a flat rate of $10 applied at checkout. All packages are sent via regular Australia Post and a tracking
number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent.
Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will
result in your parcel being returned to me, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.
Please note that delivery times with Australia Post can vary depending on location and times of the year (example: Christmas or
Covid Delivery Delays in some areas).
• Regular post items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for interstate deliveries.
• These are indicative times only by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed by me.
I do not currently provide for international shipping fees as these are dependent on the item order and delivery location, however,
please email me if you would like a custom quote if you’re needing your order delivered outside of Australia!
Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any LIMITED EDITION PRINTS or CUSTOM COMMISSIONS.
Every necessary precaution is taken to make sure that any parcel arrives at its destination safely.
Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of parcel.

Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you if applicable. If a replacement
piece is not available, or the purchase was the last of a Limited Edition run, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
In the case of damages where the buyer is not at fault, Dianne White Art will pay the shipping costs for returning the damaged item.
The damaged item MUST be returned to me prior to the replacement being sent out.
In the event where a product arrives damaged, please allow 2 weeks for the dispatch of a replacement, unless agreed otherwise, to
take into consideration reprint times.
